Rescue Alert! Ludda

Ludda is a very handsome, large (just over 100 lbs. and approximately 31 inches at the withers in height), regal, healthy, and happy housebroken purebred Komondor who will turn 2 years old in August. Ludda is neutered, up to date on all his vaccines and tests negative for heartworm.

Ludda is usually calm and gentle and is very loyal, devoted and easygoing, but being young, he can get rambunctious at times. He loves to go for walks and rides in the car. He gets along well with female dogs, cats and less dominant males but does like to be the boss around other dogs when it comes to shared toys.

Being a Komondor, he needs to be introduced to all strangers who come to the home. He is good with children in the home. Ludda does like to counter surf but otherwise has very good house manners and can be trusted loose in the home alone. He prefers, of course, to be near his family. He is still very much a puppy at heart and extremely affectionate and loves to snuggle, he thinks he is a lap dog and doesn't realize his size.

Ludda was dumped by a young couple and is currently in a foster home. Please contact me if you are interested in adopting him: Ruth Keller, M.A.S.K.C. Rescue Chair, at
